Just took it out of the box little over an hour ago and it has not even used the half of amount of water for its first complete cycle. Small cubes seem too small to last long in a drink, but the large ones are nice. Debating on returning due to the long cycles. Very strong plastic smell upon unboxing and still present over an hour later.

I love the machine and it is easy to clean. I noticed about a month ago that the machine seem to be getting louder and now it is leaking water from the back of the unit not from the drain area. I'm glad I purchased the geek squad 4 year warranty. I'm taking it in today to have it repaired or replaced.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this ice maker is not what I thought it would be. it has two settings for cubes large and small the small are equally as large as the large not a huge deal but I was hoping for the ice like sonic has! but where the two stars comes in at is the fact that when the ice is released it is either melting a little or water is spraying on the ice when making new cubes thus resulting in the basket being very wet when you lift and all the ice sticks together when transfer to freezer very annoying.
