Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.received this in Oct 2021. would make approx 5-7 cubes per cycle (4-6 minutes). it has the capacity to make 9 per cycle. i've been using it approx once a week or so and a few months ago it slowed down to barely making 2-3 cubes per cycle. takes hours to get a decent amount.

It is very loud and very slow though (about an hour for a small basket of ice). I don't think I would purchase again.
