I've had it a little over a month and it makes a loud noise at times. It still works. The second thing is that the basket is way too small. Perfect for me but I don't recommend for a family of more than three. Lastly I continously have to push the ice down because the "ice full" sensors is located right where the the new ice falls and it accumulates. Other than that, it's ok.

The ice was so good too! I'm disappointed.
