    My only complaint is that this product does not last pretty long, on average about 1.5 years. I've replaced mine an one that I purchased as a gift for someone else. My only saving grace was the warranty.

    I actually really loved this ice maker until it broke. At some point the arm that scoops the ice cracked and now it no longer holds the ice cubes long enough to freeze. Very disappointed. Hoping to find a fix soon.
