Product worked great and I was soooo happy. Now it takes an hour to get a full tray of ice. This sooo sadden me, when I found out that it was no longer can be exchanged. I am now out of $145. I am disabled with horrible pay. I put back $20 a month to buy this progress.

The ice cubes are never really hard and solid like ice normally is and this is probably due to the fact that the compartment that it drops the ice into isn’t really cold. I believe my wife will be returning this due to that issue.
