    Takes forever to start making ice and takes up a LOT of counter space. We bought it for our outside bar hoping to avoid running in/out to fill up an ice bucket for drinks but disappointed that it takes so long and the cubes are small and melt rather quickly.

    It worked fine. Not as fast as i would like, but decently fast. You do need to dry the excess moisture from the ice before putting un tbe freezer. It will still stick together some, but not as bad.
