Now when it goes to suck the water up the pump is really loud. It does it off and on during the day then will be quiet. Definitely has a defect. I got this on April 23th. Have had issues since the return date expired .

This one is slow and the ice piles up to tell the unit it’s full when it’s not. No where near as good as my first one that was also the same brand

I guess I am a sadist because I'm currently on my 3rd (maybe 4th) one of these and sure enough this too died on me recently. I would've returned it with a day to spare on the warranty but since I could not find the box I don't believe I could've actually done so. Only get on sale and only if you don't expect it to last for very long.

By day 3 it would run and after its first time filling the bucket up id take the ice out and it wouldnt make ice. Id have to turn it off and on again.

I can’t tell the difference between the big ice or small ice selection they seem to be the same size. It does the job tho if u want to save up some ice for a party tho
