It worked great but after 13 months (warranty 12 mo obviously), it started leaking. I took it apart and found the plastic had gotten brittle and broken in a key spot.

Read the description wrong. Tittle missed led. Thought it would make 26lb of ice but the ice maker weights 26lbs. Only makes 2lbs or less of ice every couple of hours. Not worth it.

Doesn’t keep the ice

Too big and not energy efficient

I don't have the room to keep ice trays. I love ice so I thought I would try it. Well...The happiness didn't last long. It is not working anymore. I believe the motor blew. It no longer makes the sound like the motor is on. I have not had it long 3 months actually. It says fill water and it has enough water. I tried everything possible. I am so disappointed. It states that I would not be able to return it, the time has passed. Its pretty but not enough to last on my counter and not work. I would not recommend.
