Not great but does make ice. Ice melts quickly in the holding tray. Ice is always wet.

Its great at first until it stops working. Our first ine stopped making ice, now our second one has done the same.

Upon unboxing Ice Maker what looked like a light oil, most likily refrigerant had leaked out of unit. After cleaning unit up filled with water, plugged it in and powered it up. After two and a half hours of running no Ice was made. Un plugged the unit re boxed it and returned it to Best Buy for refund.

Not as durable as I thought it would be and it’s hard to clean in the upper areas where the ice is made.

It’s ok produces ice fast but they are not really frozen hard. I use it for my soap business so it works for me I don’t use for drinking ice drinks.

It does the job, but the cubes come out wet, so when you put them in the freezer they stick together.

I love the idea of having ice very quickly but the ice comes out wet. Its almost like they started melting as soon as they fell or never really froze i will grab the ice as soon as it drops and it will be dripping. So i figured maybe im opening it to often. So i waited till the basket was full then went to grab the basket. Then it was just a big clump of ice you could tell it was melting and sticking together. This was all inside of an air conditioned house hate to see what it would do if you took it camping.

It is ok for light use, but the time to produce new batch of ice is a bit slow. Also, the consistency of the cubes is on the soft side, not very hard final product

The first 3 months of owning this item were great. After that it began leaking into the fan that cools the system making the ice and it’s been nothing but an issue. I’ve rebuilt it twice, both times it worked for 2-3 days and conked out. No way to return it at this rate and too expensive to send back and be fixed. Do not buy this item, unless you just need ice for 3 months.

This was a gift for Christmas and it already broke the part that pushes the ice into the tray came off on one side

Bought in Oct 2024 and by Oct 2025 rusting. Parts are not removable to clean.

Makes ice fast but malted and the compartment is not cooled so the ice melts just a fast

Other than the fact thats its color is unique i would say that this ice maker rates lower than my previous two. The first one i had was made by Igloo and lasted almost two years. The next one was Hamilton Beach and that barely lasted a year. This icemaker makes ice fine but the clear plastic cover is its downfall as rhe ice melts because of the poor insulation and so you have half melted ice in the tray most of the time. The previous two ice makers had a bettet door with much smaller plastic windows.

Ice maker is good when your normal refrigerator cant make enough ice when you have a get together.

If your need ice for your drink this will do. Ice comes out fast but a bit small for my liking. For drinks it’s ok.

Quit after 2 and a half weeks, haven't even had it a month, and best buy won't let me return it. I will never buy from them again.

Wish it can make smaller pieces of ice but the quality of ice is pretty 6

pump failed after a year. I cleaned it regularly and used filtered water. worked ok while it worked

We purchased this unit in july 2020. It lasted just over a year and the died. It started making a strange noise and sounded like air releasing. The last time was almost a pop and then it no longer would freeze. For the cost of this unit, I would have expected it to last longer. I also used bottled water at first and had little mold build up. I switched to a filtered water and i had a ton of mold build up ever quickly. There is no way to clean some areas of this mold. It really worried me.
