Sorry. I really don’t like it.. I’m too late to return..so it sits on the storage..

Very pretty. It was too heavy for me. Bigger than what I expected but took too long to make the ice and then the small cubes. Ended up returning.

Worked great for about a a year but they arent meant to be used alot forever & very hard to clean inside

I'm giving this 3 stars because it is pretty loud and the ice pieces are small and melt fast. In hindsight I would have not made this purchase but since I have it I do enjoy it.

Its ok but takes forever to fill up the basket and the ice melts before the basket is filled up.

I bought this as a gift for myself around the holidays. I don't have the room to keep ice trays. I love ice so I thought I would try it. Well...The happiness didn't last long. It is not working anymore. I believe the motor blew. It no longer makes the sound like the motor is on. I have not had it long 3 months actually. It says fill water and it has enough water. I tried everything possible. I am so disappointed. It states that I would not be able to return it, the time has passed. Its pretty but not enough to last on my counter and not work. I would not recommend.

It does what it’s suppose to do but if you want a full cup of ice be prepared to wait almost an hour.

This ice maker produces bullet looking ice You need to bag ice and freeze or it will melt if left in machine I like it if you are having a friend over or for an outside party

We were using this item in our 26 foot travel trailer and it created too much heat for the space.

It was missing the piece to vent it out the window. We had yo buy a kit and duct tape it all together. I didn’t know refurbished meant it wouldn’t have all parts.

Not great but does make ice. Ice melts quickly in the holding tray. Ice is always wet.

Its great at first until it stops working. Our first ine stopped making ice, now our second one has done the same.

It’s ok produces ice fast but they are not really frozen hard. I use it for my soap business so it works for me I don’t use for drinking ice drinks.

I love the idea of having ice very quickly but the ice comes out wet. Its almost like they started melting as soon as they fell or never really froze i will grab the ice as soon as it drops and it will be dripping. So i figured maybe im opening it to often. So i waited till the basket was full then went to grab the basket. Then it was just a big clump of ice you could tell it was melting and sticking together. This was all inside of an air conditioned house hate to see what it would do if you took it camping.

Not as durable as I thought it would be and it’s hard to clean in the upper areas where the ice is made.

The ice maker looks so pretty but the issue is the water that sits in the basket while waiting for the ice to fill up the basket. Some ice are melting.

It is ok for light use, but the time to produce new batch of ice is a bit slow. Also, the consistency of the cubes is on the soft side, not very hard final product

Makes ice fast but malted and the compartment is not cooled so the ice melts just a fast

It does the job, but the cubes come out wet, so when you put them in the freezer they stick together.

This material don't make ice in 15 minutes about 1 hour later began to make ice
