This unit can barely keep up with two of us and it makes what can describes as soggy, half-formed ice cubes. We had purchased a different brand from Best Buy about 5 years ago; I wish we still had that one instead of this one.

All have been different brands and small. This one has a small water reservoir and ALWAYS needs water. Very inconvenient.

For the price, it’s ok, but if you aren’t ok fishing out the plastic pieces, I’d advise another ice maker.

Great for 1 year 47 days till it stopped working

Unless you buy an extended warranty, I would not buy but with a warranty, I guess you can get a new one every year or so if you buy a warranty...

But after running the macine for 32 time the ice still tastes like the machine. The instructions say to run it through a couple of times to make the taste and smell go away. It gross. You can use ice for a cooler but you cant use it for drinking beverages

Great for only 1 year. Trash after that

It doesn’t suck up the water and then shows to add water when it has plenty of water in it. Doesn’t produce ice. Says basket is full when it is actually empty. You only get 1 year warranty and this started 6 months after my year of having it.

Dead in 14 months. But excellent while it worked!

Right after the warranty expired. Go figure! Vary sad because we all relied it on constantly! Probably won't buy again without a warranty.
