It is good I like it it make my summer cooler I like the clolr

Not crazy about it. takes along time to make enough ice to use. Wish i would have saved my money and not bought it.

It takes a long time to make ice. But after running the macine for 32 time the ice still tastes like the machine. The instructions say to run it through a couple of times to make the taste and smell go away. It gross. You can use ice for a cooler but you cant use it for drinking beverages

Not as good as the last one I had from Frigidaire. Features on it don’t work right.

Wish it was bigger but it helps. I hope next time to get a bigger one.

Our refrigerator ice machine broke so we looked to replace with this and it couldn’t keep up with our ice needs.

Was good for a year but after a year it doesn’t work. It doesn’t suck up the water and then shows to add water when it has plenty of water in it. Doesn’t produce ice. Says basket is full when it is actually empty. You only get 1 year warranty and this started 6 months after my year of having it.

Purchased used a few times and not when I turn it on it says ice full but there's no ice.

I got this for my dad for Christmas, after a few months it died. It was great until that hapoened.

It makes ice... but don't expect it to keep up with a party.

It worked fantastic… for 1 year. I had no issues for the first year then randomly 1 day the plastic that’s hold the water up to make the ice cubes snapped. Not sure why, there was no ice in it at the time but it just broke.

It made ice, but the difference between the large & small was not noticeable. The ice was always wet, so when I dumped it in my freezer bin it clumped together & we had to use a fork to separate it. I returned this item. It wasn’t worth the trouble. I’m back to using ice trays.

I purchased this ice machine because my family loves having fresh ice and it fit perfectly in my kitchen. It worked great for a couple of days and then suddenly stopped making ice. I followed all directions, made sure my home was always nice and cool even changed the location of the ice maker and it just never worked properly.

I was totally happy with it until it quit working after less than 6 months.

It’s only been a year and my I machine stopped working! After I went on YouTube to see why it’s not making ice I seen other people reviews of how to fix it and they only had theirs for 1 year ! Sad thing this bad doesn’t stand behind their product appliance you have to replace yearly!

works well, does the trick. Nothing special, but gets the job done efficiently

It’s cool it does the job but… it takes so much time, it says 8min max but it takes hours

It is pretty slow.. and the ice is really wet. I'm kind of disappointed..

Makes tons of ice very quickly. But the inside where the ice is made, is impossible to access for cleaning. And it does get very nasty and moldy in there, particularly in the tray underneath the metal parts which freeze to make the ice. It's super frustrating. I would not recommend this model because it's impossible to keep it clean.
