    Broken garbage

    I have now had 2 of these and both broke within 2 years. First time was literately in a week where it started to randomly leak from the fan on the side. Wet floors are a great time right. I exchanged it and the new one last a bit of time but suddenly stopped working for reasons unknown. I do not have kids or pets and i have never moved it since installing it around a year ago. I'm very disappointed in this ice maker

    While this ice maker is a sleek small appliance, i would appreciate it if someone from the manufacturing would contact me about it freezing up everyday for 2 months, its not even on every day!! Thank you....

    Broke after a year. Cheap for a reason. Definitely get a nicer ice maker. You will thank yourself in the long run. Didn’t make much ice and got dirty all the time.

    Extremely loud. Makes ice okay, but can’t be used in the house at night. It sounds like a commercial grade ice machine you hear in a hotel hallway. Also there is not a way to empty the water.

    My family loves these little ice makers, and when they work they are awesome. Unfortunately we still have yet to find one that is durable. After 18 months we are looking for another one.

    Was good for two months! Then it decided to stop making ice when bin was not even full! We have unplugged and reset several times and It does the same crap...girlfiend sent several emails about situation and got no response! Great customer service!!! NOT! Either send me a new one or refund my money! Only 4 months old! Perry M.

    I read the reviews on this machine which were good that is why I made the purchase. After a few weeks it stopped working stating to add water but the water was full at the max level line. I turned it on and off sometimes that worked but now nothing. I purchased this Aug 27th and find out non returnable after Sept 11th. Very disappointed, $100.00 down the drain.

    worked great... for the 1st 3 months... then something happened internally and would pour water badly when the pump would draw water to make the ice. havent been able to use it since and because of covid shutdown, we couldnt have it addressed.

    Nice while it works

    I went through two of these in one year... First one died in about 6 months, now its replacement died just over a year -- exactly AFTER the warranty ran out. Both from the refrigerant leaking out. We enjoyed it while it lasted. A bit of a pain to clean the insides, but it served us well. I'll be buying another ice maker, BUT I'll be buying a different brand. A certain Cost Co. has a Frigidaire that's a bit better built and I know the store will stand by it if it dies prematurely.
