    This was my second ice maker and same brand and it broke twice. I wouldn’t get another one at all

    If you want slushy ice cubes that melt and water down your beverage before you can drink it, this is the machine for you..All joking aside the ice melts within minutes and its not a hard ice. Its soft and watery. And even with the protection plan the best buy I bought it from wouldn't take it back unless i wanted an exchange.It was bought as a valentine's gift for my wife on February 1st and she didn't open it until the 15th and on the 16th best buy said the return policy is 14 days. Really? Just lost me as a customer Best Buy

    I received this July 30, 2021. It stopped working September 16, 2021. I would not buy this product. I am on disability and can’t afford to spend $100 every 6 weeks for an ice machine. I do not see how a company can sell something like this. It’s a total rip off! I am so disappointed in Best Buy. And they won’t exchange it.

    It made ice really good but after a while it turns yellow. I clean it regularly too but still turning yellow.

    I loved the machine when it actually worked! I bought my first one which worked great then gave out after a month! (Wasn’t picking up water to make more ice) then I got my second one which gave out two weeks later! I loved the machine so much I wish it lasted longer!

    Buy the warranty, you’ll need it annually

    We had one for a little over a year and it quit working one day so we had to replace it with the warranty. Now we have had this second one for less than 11 months and it stopped making ice and won’t turn on/off unless we plug it in or unplug it. We’ve decided against getting a 3rd one.

    Serious Molding issue

    Do not buy . Had very serious molding issue . I didn’t use for 2 week got molded now it wouldn’t work at all. Yet I wouldn’t use it at all after that molding anyway. Now I know why everyone sale them I’ve machine on other markets . Waits of money

    It worked great at first! But stopped working after 3 months.. no warning signs that i was going to stop working, i always cleaned it as noted in the directions.

    It does what it says. The ice is barely frozen and melts quickly. We tried putting in a freezer immediately but the cubes froze together.

    This ice maker worked wonderfully for around 3 weeks, but now it will no longer make ice. It goes through the full cycle as if it is making cubes but it never produces ice. It was cleaned regularly and was only ever filled with filtered water. If you want an ice maker that works for longer than a month, I would not recommend this one.

    It works well from making ice but gets moldy. I'm not sure if mold dies when it's frozen ?

    This icemaker makes eight tiny ice cubes that would fit on your fingertips and it takes about 20 minutes to make it I can’t believe they ever designed this product and it made it through an entire corporate production system and they market a product that so obviously does not work in a very unfortunate waste of time Doesn’t even make enough ice for one drink in a full hour of operation and it seems to be working perfectly it’s just a serious design flaw

    Bought this in July after my last ice maker of a different brand quit working. Just barely two months later, the ice maker is making a horrible loud noise every time it cycles water for a new batch of ice. TWO months. Spend your money elsewhere.
