    Make ice quick, but little to hard for me.

    This machine makes hard ice. I really don’t like that. I was looking for a more softer machine one ice has settled a bit.

    I purchased this item and was ill when it arrived. I opened the box just a week from today and made ice that one day just fine. I went to make some ice yesterday and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! NO ICE FOR OVER A HOUR OF IT RUNNING! I want to bring it back to the store for some type of compensation. Unfortunately, I through the box away, it I’m still going to try to return it for some type of customer satisfaction.

    Love this ice maker. The only drawback is that it is a pain to clean. I really wish they would allow you to remove the upper tray to clean.

    Breaks in a year

    It works excellent for the time it works. Been less than a year in use. And has broken though looked online for why the fan would stop turning on. Another individual posted a video talking about the water line leaking water on to the fan and shorting it out. This has indeed happened with ours as well. This is a poor manufacturing problem.

    Dead after a year

    Broke after little over a year of service. The motor that pushes the ice into the tray gave out. Up until then, it did a serviceable job. If you live in a smaller place, take into consideration the noise it makes when the ice drops, its fairly loud. If you are in a warmer climate the cubes may melt faster as they sit in the bin.

    Moldy parts, ugh

    We loved our ice maker and used it regularly. I would clean the inside every couple of weeks, until I noticed there was mold build up on the tray that pushes the ice out from the top. Gross! The tray is not accessible and can not be cleaned properly. It's a shame because we used it daily.

    Purchased December 13th. This ice machine is LOUD! When the pump is going you cannot hear yourself think. Going to attempt to exchange it in case it is just this unit. If another is just as loud, I will update my review.

    Not great. It works as described, but the insulation is poor and ice melts extremely quickly. I returned this product.

    I bought one and it lasted just under a year and Best Buy replaced it. The second one last just over a year before it also stopped working. I like them while they worked but after two of them with the same freeze problem. I will prob stay away from Best Buy's brand and pay more

    This is a great product! The price is unbeatable and the color choices were perfect. It's quiet, compact and quick. The only thing I wish was the ice didn't start to melt so quickly.I would have given a 5 out of 5 otherwise! I recommend this product!

    Tilts to right front even though counter is level poor quality loud not as good as last one I replaced with warranty and it only lasted 13 months

    Took to long to make the ice. And after reading some of the reviews that it gets mild and hard to clean. I returned it.

    After using this ice maker for 5 months it worked well up until last night . So after a few batches i noticed a puddle of water on the floor and underneath the ice maker. i checked the drain on the bottom and it is dry so the leak must be from somewhere else in the unit. i t only leaks when it is making ice.

    Bad product - it makes no sense since you always have half melted ice. There is no compartment to keep the ice cold so the ice keeps melting and then new ice is put on top of it. Then since it’s half melted it combines into a big ball of ice instead of individual cubes.
