    Not reliable and leaks aftetlr a few months

    This was purchased in August and worked well until Dec 15th when it began to leak for no reason. We use this maker on our counter for two people and now i have to purchase another one.

    Would return if I still had the box it came in. The ice is already melting by the time you get to it.

    The machine received did not work properly. It would not make ice at all. I went through the instruction guide and set the machine up as instructed. I even went through the problem section check list and made sure everything was as needed. Ended up returning and buying another make from another seller.

    Horrible brand! Purchased Oct 23, 2023 Stopped making Dec 11, 2023. Thos is the second onw i bought that stopped making ice in less than a yr! Save yourself the trouble..Find a different brand

    17 months of use. The ice maker no longer works, it doesnt move to make ice. I do not recommend. While it worked… the ice was not making the proclaimed pounds of ice it says. But it served the purpose.

    The ice maker worked for 3 months then suddenly crapped out on me. Hoping I don't have issues getting it repaired or replaced under warranty. Stay tuned....

    It broke and I only had it for a little over a year and it just stopped working. I reached out to the manufacturer and they acted like they would help but they stopped answering my emails after sending them my info and the receipt. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to waste money find a different brand.

    Bought it as a birthday gift for my mom and first time opening it was covered in what smelled like gasoline and did not work, when tried to return it we where told it can’t be returned after 15 days. Absolutely ridiculous! Send us a broken product and won’t even take it back. Don’t ever buy this!
