    Be prepared to clean continually and it’s difficult to clean . The ice melts fast and the machine makes loud noise after a few months

    Very disappointed. Brought for Mother's day gift and started leaking after one month. Used only 6 times. Contacting manufacturer as best buy won't support the product after 15 days.

    Quit working about a year after purchase- I wasn't able to return in time for 1 year warranty. Machine still comes reads ice full when empty. If you buy just be sure to get the extended warranty

    I bought this product because we needed extra ice. It only worked for three months and then stopped making ice. I would not recommend this product.

    Unit has not produced any ice. We plan to return it today for a replacement that WILL hopefully make ice.

    The ice maker stopped making ice only a couple of weeks into use. It didn’t even last beyond the normal return window. Returned item and got a full refund.

    Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Ice tastes like plastic no matter how many times I clean it out and flush it. We’ve had it running for 2 weeks and now it won’t let me select the size of ice. Save your money! This is trash!

    The machine takes almost an hour to make just enough ice for two drinks. It’s also not cold enough so the ice it makes melts within a few minutes! So frustrating to use. Definitely regret this purchase. A complete waste of money!

    It takes eight hours to fill a gallon size baggy. There are only two settings or size options for ice and they're basically the same size.

    PURCHASED AUGUST 9 2021 and was working fine. It is now October 5 2021 and the machine is not seeing that the tank is full thusly the ADD WATER light is on when it is full. Insignia, please help.

    Second one that died in less than a year. Very disappointed. Always had issues with the second one. Finally died after 8 months. Very disappointed.
