    The springs used in the feed tray rust and then your ice is contaminated with rust. Do not purchase this item

    Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Ice tastes like plastic no matter how many times I clean it out and flush it. We’ve had it running for 2 weeks and now it won’t let me select the size of ice. Save your money! This is trash!

    Motor quit after months.

    Motor quit running after 8 months. If you do buy it purchase a replacement plan as well.

    Takes hours to make enough ice

    The machine takes almost an hour to make just enough ice for two drinks. It’s also not cold enough so the ice it makes melts within a few minutes! So frustrating to use. Definitely regret this purchase. A complete waste of money!

    Stopped working after a year, I’ve bought this ice machine twice. The first time it stopped dropping ice and now it says “ice full” when there’s no ice in there.

    Stopped working after like 3 months. Keeps saying add water when it’s full. I’ve cleaned it and checked everything. Did everything but take it apart. Trash

    STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 MONTHS

    PURCHASED AUGUST 9 2021 and was working fine. It is now October 5 2021 and the machine is not seeing that the tank is full thusly the ADD WATER light is on when it is full. Insignia, please help.

    It takes eight hours to fill a gallon size baggy. There are only two settings or size options for ice and they're basically the same size.

    Second one that died in less than a year. Very disappointed. Always had issues with the second one. Finally died after 8 months. Very disappointed.

    The product i bought was defective. Would get cold or make ice. Couldnt even replace because they were out of stock. Had to purchase a whole new one.

    My item was damaged during shipping and box was extremely beaten up. It was a last minute gift so it was very disappointing. I would recommend the item but not the shipping company

    I bouts this ice maker but suddenly my ice on the mornings is melted .. so is a no for me . Less than a month with it .

    Not consistent in making ice stops every so often have to unplug and replug to get it working again. Very disappointed in this product as the reviews were great

    I received this ice maker & it was broken. I returned it & never got my refund. I really needed this because my husband is on a feeding tube & a liquid diet. I am so disappointed
