    ITS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE TO BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE!!! NO REPLACEMENT OFFERED WITH INSIGNIA, THEY INSIST BEST BUY TRIES TO REPAIR. I havent even had it for a month!

    I really enjoyed this machine, but it only lasted 15 months, before the fan burned out.

    I bought this December 2021 and it quit working in March 2022; a total of 3 months! Liked it when it did work but not happy overall.

    Stopped working at 21 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, Best Buy will NOT take returns past 14 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    I have gone through two of these. First one lasted a year, second lasted 4 months. Would not recommend.

    Don't waste your money!! Machine stopped working in two hours. It didn't even fill up the basket in that time. Took back immediately for my money back.

    very difficult to clean and i used toothbrush and q tip to clean the hole, slime keep coming out.Must clean ever 3 days.

    Horrible!! Takes hours to make 6 cubes of ice!!! I didn't use it right away and now it's not returnable! I'm so upset. What a waste of money

    I would not recommend this ice maker. It has 2 settings for small or large cubes. It only makes one size and there hollow so they melt extremely fast.
