Love this little ice maker. Makes big and little ice cube pellets. Pops about five out every six minutes.

When it works, its great, Several things to look at when purchasing ANY ice machine 1) Always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan, my experience is all ice machines only work for 1 to 2 years, 2) Always use clean FILTERED water, 3) Always clean machine with Vinegar and Water Monthly. DO this, and you machine might last 3 years, But with the Geek Squad protection plan (4 year) they will just take the broken machine and give you store credit for the amount you paid. And you can keep getting new machines for years. I cannot tell you how many machines I have had over the last 8 years, but only paid for the first one and then occasionally paid for the Geek Squad Protection plan dpending on what state I was in.

This ice maker works great. It makes ice in no time at all.

It makes a lot of ice. The storage tray is not very deep so it doesnt store tons of ice. Good for family, not a gathering.

Fast ice works great great alternative if you refrigerator ice machine goes out.

Love this item, Bought 3. One for home, daughter and one for work. No more buying ice bags, I used my my Brita water pitcher to fill or my work has water cooler.

Excellent best buy purchase. The initial batch of ice is always a bit smaller but once the machine "warms" up the ice size is as expected. The plastic parts inside were taped down and it was a little difficult getting all the tape off due to the constrains of the bucket, but there were no issues after the machine was up and running.

This is a nice ice maker. We use it at the cabin so we don't have to buy ice everyday.
