    Junk of an ice maker

    It made three batches of ice and then quit. I had already thrown the box out at this time or I would have been returning it. Don’t buy it.

    Hunk of junk

    In less than a month of use it started making an unbearable loud noise when it dispenses ice. I can only run it when I'm not home and dump the ice in another container. Sorely disappointed. Would've given ZERO stars

    2 broke. Insignia doesn't care.

    First one died and was replaced under 12 month warranty. 2nd unit lasted 13 months and died. Insignia wouldn't honor any repairs since it was a couple of weeks over... more junk products.

    Best Buys doesn't do a good job

    The box it arrived in looked as if it had previously been opened. The machine did not work. I sent it back weeks ago, and I haven't heard yet whether my refund was approved. I am not satisfied with Best Buys

    Takes forever to make set. Just a few are produced at a time and they start to melt as soon as produced.

    Leaks water everywhere

    Had it for less than a year and it started leaking alot of water out of the bottom. No its not from the drain plug either. Its coming from the back vent area.

    Worked during setup and test. Failed our first trip out with it camping. Will be returning. Very disappointed.

    Had it less than a year it broke cant fix it!! Got new motor and nothing. Wont make ice.. so very frustrated

    It does make ice! That’s about all I can say. I am glad I didn’t pay full price. Takes forever to make one glass of ice. Knew it was too good to be true.

    This product did not work. We followed the directions exactly but it never made ice cubes. Now I have to go to the trouble to return it.
