We began making ice the day we received the ice maker. It is extremely easy to use and makes ice in only a few minutes. We love the ability to make two different size ice cubes.

I like using this machine because it makes a lot of ice. You have to keep on top of retrieving the ice before it melts, but it works for my needs.

This device works quite well. I bought it to supplement the ice maker in my refrigerator. It is convenient to use and easily produces 26 pounds of ice daily. The drain plug allows it to be easily drained and cleaned.

I wished I'd purchased this a long time ago! So easy to use, affordable and doesn't take up much counter space at all. The ice is ready so fast, too! Absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone who has issues with the icemaker function in the newer refrigerators.

Makes Ice consistently. Easy to use. Has convenient features like if ice is not removed before it melts, the water is used to make fresh ice. I also like the small and large size cube option. It is very quiet. Great machine.

This is my second ice maker and I’m very impressed with how quickly and much this one makes. The first one was a Christmas gift and when I tried to reach customer service of the manufacturer, I never got a response to my email regarding it no longer working. Therefore, I like even better that Best Buy has better Customer Support.

Great product and easy to use. Makes ice quickly..

Bought this before a big summer family gathering at my house to keep up with Ice consumption. Plugged it in and it made its first batch of 9 cubes in less than 10 mins. Awesome! Two things to understand before you buys this, however. 1. It makes ice at 27degrees and that ice needs to be consumed immediately or put into a freezer (0-6degrees). 2. The little basket that catches the ice has to be emptied frequently - holds maybe 35-40 cubes so that's about every 30 mins. It will auto shutoff when full and the ice will slowly melt. So if your goal is to make a ton of ice, you need to be at home tending this thing to keep emptying the basket into your freezer and refilling the water reservoir. Not a set-and-forget kind of deal. You can also use filtered or bottled water so the cubes honestly taste better than what comes out of your big fridge ice maker.

This was one of the best buys I have made in a long time. I love having Ice for my water, and my cats love ice water in their bowls when it's warm out. i was spending any where from $4 to $8 a week in the hot weather for bags of Ice. now i just make a few batches every other day, and never have to buy another bag. Already paid for it self.

Bought this for my mom. She can’t atop drinking cold water. Makes ice quickly and quietly. She loves it. I’m buying another for my son.

If you're into chewing ice- this will be your best friend. The ice is delicious and easy to chew. It works well if you don't have an ice maker in your fridge. However, the ice does melt faster in a water bottle than ice you get at the grocery story or in a fridge so be aware of that. The basket isn't that big so if you want to store ice you'll have to keep putting into a ziploc back and put it in your freezer. This is my second time buying one. My first one died out of nowhere at around the 1 year mark and I was devastated. I was going to buy another ice maker- but this is the best value one out at the moment so I got another. So far I've had this for 5-6 months so we'll see if it happens again.

Is an okay product for a small household i'd say 2/3 ppl at most well worth it when you get it at a discount is kind of slow in filling up a decent amount of ice cubes but it'll do it throughout the day make sure to have time to empty the bucket every 40 min or so and check the water level constantly!

Great ice maker for the price. Doesn’t make crushed ice and it’s pretty loud but it does make ice quickly which is nice. Would buy again.

Excellent machine and makes the ice . Bought a fridge without a ice maker because this one is larger puts out more ice and it is counter top to cabinet high doesn’t take up room in the freezer. And it’s much cheaper than a freezer ice maker

Got it as a gift for my own office. Use it every day. Incredibly fast and simple to use. Not something for a party. Great for use with one to four people I would think.
