This is so easy to like makes ice every 13 minute's so you don't need to wait too long for the tray to fill.

I was looking at several different portable ice maker's.I have had a couple of items from insignia. They make good quality items, This one caught my eye simply because of the size and volume it puts out.Does not need very much water to make alot of ice.Bought this on 7-13-2020,Have not had any problems Also at a very good price at Best Buy. I have purchased several things from Best Buy and have not been disappointed!!!

I was initially skeptical about the small size of this ice maker, but I LOVE it! Fits nicely on my counter and makes plenty of ice!

Works great. Lasted me about a year. The ice shovel on the inside that drops the ice did end up breaking off. Still works, but the ice gets full and doesn’t drop like it should. Prob normal wear and tear. Other than that, affordable and did its job.

This was a first for us for such a product and so far it's delivered as advertised. Prob the best feature is the ability to remake the ice as it melts. Keep in mind, this makes ice, but NOT a freezer so it might be as cold as a fridge. Once ice is made, to keep it and make more, the ice is just put in ziplock bags and placed in the freezer area of a dorm fridge to make more:)

Good ice maker until it stops working. These ice makers last about 6-8 months than they stop working. We are in our second one since April 2024 and this one just stopped working today - Black Friday after thanksgiving. Gonna have to return for third one.

Amazing ice machine. Ice cudes that come in two different sizes. Perfect for drinks, keeping meat and fish fresh...and bodies.Prime time ice to preserve corpses, if your love ones are close to knocking on deaths door this is the machine for you.

This is a good portable ice machine. Many reviews of these ice makers complain that the ice sticks together when put in the freezer for storage. Regardless of the machine you buy, they all do this. I store first in a gallon freezer bag, break up the ice with a rubber hammer, and then put in the freezer's ice storage bin. I make a week's worth at a time and the ice is great. Also, the ice will make faster if the water is chilled before placing in the machine. Good little ice maker.

Love this product. Makes ice cubes very quickly and easy to use. I’m old now and find ice cube trays very difficult.

Blown away with this icemaker. I live in a condo that does not have a water line to my fridge so I have been buying bagged ice for about 3 years now. Finally broke down and bought this and I am impressed. Only thing I wish it had was a filter so it would filter tap water, luckily I have good tap water where I live though. Also, I've found that its best to let some of the ice batches fall in and chill the water in the reservoir. The ice comes out a lot bigger that way and keeps the inside cooler. 100% recommend this unit!

We got this ice maker because our new apartment fridge is just too tiny for ice trays. It does take up some counter space but it's worth it for the ice. I store my ice in a plastic bin. Usually i get a full bin within an hour if I don't forget to get up to empty the ice maker.

This is a great item to have at home. We've been buying ice weekly for several years. Finally decided to make our own ice. It makes ice quickly. Although the cubes are small and they can melt quickly in a beverage, it's much better than running out in the winter because we are out of ice!

I have a fridge at home that doesn’t make ice and i needed to find a permanent solution besides ice trays. After doing some research, i took a chance in this little guy. I’m so impressed and I highly recommend 100%. You will start making ice in minutes! I hope this thing lasts for a couple of years!

Compared to my last ice machine this thing is awesome. BUT I still have constant issues with it. The hoses inside the machine keep disintegrating. We have ordered new hoses and replaced them but it’s a pain to keep having to do. Also, the machine will say the tray is “full” but it’s empty. I have to unplug it, wait and plug it back in for it to reset and start making ice. I have depended on this ice machine for my kids sporting events and needing ice for the mornings and have been let down sooo many times cause of the “full” malfunction. I also still haven’t been able to get the tray out from the inside to clean the dang thing. I’m a huge clean freak and the water buildup is driving me crazy. When it wants to work, this I’ve machine is really good and helpful during those really hot days when you constantly need a cold drink. It’s truly a love hate relationship.
