Great product overall!!! Very quiet maker and runs amazing

Besides loving this ice maker I had a great experience with the sales rep at Best Buy. He spent a good 30 mins with me locating exactly what I wanted including a new monitor. He also spent some time with me deciding on a Air Fryer. They were out of the one I wanted but he was willing to look around at nearby stores to help me. Great experience Best Buy!

I absolutely love this product I needed an ice maker for my apartment just enough to be able to make a glass of iced tea maybe make a nice coffee a smoothie or blended drink but it's just so nice to have it sitting on the countertop and readily available. I love the cherry red finish which adds to the kitchen and style of my galley kitchen anyways.

Works well, makes ice quickly and quietly. Portable and convenient.

Ive been dehydrated for years. Plain water just never excited me. Bought this ice maker and have been drinking a ton of water daily. Absolutely love it. This makes plenty of ice for my daily needs. In fact, I turn it off at night and dont turn it back on until I get home from work the next day. Keep a baggie of ice in the freezer to tide me over until thr ice maker has filled up the bucket.

I returned this icemaker. The cubes it makes melt quickly, and you just never have much ice. I don't want to say it's not good because it did work fine, however it was not acceptable for my use. I would like a better ice maker that will make more ice and not allow the ice it makes to melt so quickly.

We bought this for our campsite, so we didn't have to run down to the store to buy bags of ice. Glad we did! It makes 9 large ice cubes at a time in about 10 minutes or less. We store them in a gallon zip lock bag, that fits well in a small freezer in a camper. So far so good!

Nice ice maker. It's quiet, works as advertised, and makes ice quickly from room temperature water. The ability to make 2 sizes of ice is a nice touch. We plan to use filtered chilled water from our refrigerator after the "cleaning" phase is done, which we expect will allow it to work much faster. Our only wish is that it would hold the ice after it's made instead of allowing it to melt if left in the machine.

This is an excellent little ice machine and the cost is unbeatable. We wanted an ice machine for our wet bar when entertaining. This is perfect. Just add water and turn on. It keeps us stocked with ice while we’re entertaining. Great little product. We’re very happy with it.

This is easy to operate. It makes batches of ice in a flash.

We don't have an ice maker in our refrigerator so we bought a portable ice maker. We are thrilled with this machine!! You can choose the size of the ice cube and it works continuously. Just keep adding water when the water level is low and you have more ice!

I bought this as a gift recently for a brother in law but I bought the same model for myself several months ago. I have nothing but praise for this. I use it in the closet of my home theater room which is upstairs from our kitchen. It has worked exactly as it should. Makes plenty of ice in 2 different size cubes and makes ice fast Zero complaints.

Love it. It does what it says, and makes enough ice to keep up with my ice addiction. I bought it when my ice maker stopped working in my fridge, and the freezer wasn't quite cold enough to make good ice with ice trays. My icemaker works again, but I'm using this machine as a backup. I don't mind the white/cloudy cubes. They work the same as clear cubes, so I have zero complaints about that.
