I like it a lot. It works well. The only thing that’s kind of annoying is that you can’t use it right away because you have to rinse it out first.

I had a portable ice maker which didn’t do the job and soon broke down. So I was skeptical of this one. But so far I have been pleasantly surprised. It makes ice quickly and a lot of it. However, once the ice is made, you need to transfer it to a cooler or freezer; otherwise, it will melt in the ice maker. The cubes are small but adequate. Since my refrigerator does not have an ice maker, this was a great addition to my kitchen.

I am an ice freak and usually have more ice in my glass than liquid. I have a small freezer and needed to open more space for other items. The ice maker is so easy to operate and in minutes it produces the first batch. I make several batches and freeze them in a zip lock bag. It has certainly made my life easier!! I usually do not write up reviews on my purchases but this item is well worth it's cost.

We use so much ice in the house that our fridge wasnt making enough for us. This came in handy!

This icemaker makes ice surprisingly fast. It’s chewy right out of the machine and freezes well. After buying this icemaker, I’m glad I didn’t buy the $500 one. This is all you need. This is in my office so when I go to work I can turn it on and have ice all day.

I had a wonderful ice maker that stopped making ice after about 3 years. Bought and returned 3 new ones of the same and different manufacturer. Gave up with another company and bought this ice maker from Best Buy. It is fantastic ! ! ! Just as good as my wonderful old ice maker. The ice tray is always full. It makes ice . . . LOTS of it. No trouble. No fuss. Fantastic purchase.

This makes bullet ice very quickly and that's what we bought it for. A little noisy at night, but if you empty the ice and shut it down then it's not an issue. Very nice to have ice all day without having to faf about with ice trays.

Great for the price. I though more money meant better Ice maker, but none keep the ice cold in the unit so they all need to transferred to a freezer so its all about amount of ice produced in one batch, but if your transferring to freezer they what difference does it make. This unit works great, after a few batches the cubs get bigger. We have been running on and off for days and has worked perfectly.

Easy to use and took one day to make enough ice to last 2 weeks. Small enough to fit under counter.

Works great. We dont keep it running continuosly, but keep it on the counter ready to go when we need some ice. We make enough to keep some in the freezer. The reason we bought this countertop ice cube maker is because we use a home filtration system for our drinking water.
