As always, I was able to go to Best Buy and purchase what I needed for a reasonable price. My Insignia Converter was exactly what I needed. It works great.

I bought a new TV I needed to connect an old DVD player and the RCA to HDMI converter works seamlessly to accomplish this. It was easy to connect and I don't even know it is there. I recommend the Insignis if anyone is wanting to connect an old DVD player to a new TV.

I needed to connect my VHS player to my 2019 LG TV. The Insignia - RCA to HDMI Converter did the trick! I ordered from Best Buy online and got it in 3 days! I was able to connect it with the proper cables (not included) and viola! I can play all my VHS tapes. It works perfectly!

This adapter works great. I bought a new tv and the new ones dont have jacks to hook up old vcr/dvd combos and I still wanted to use it so this adapter allows it. I thought it was alittle pricey, but it works.

My new TV did not have inputs for my VCR so I purchased the converter. It was easily hooked up and works flawlessly. I get a very good picture and good sound too. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Managed to set up easily to connect to my grandpa's old dvd player to new sony tv. Make sure to sure to pick up a hdmi cable if you dont have a spare one, one isnt included inside box.

It does what it says that it does - converts RCA inputs to HDMI to plyg into a modern TV without native RCA inputs. I've tested it with several old game systems, including the Gamecube and N64, as well as a VCR, and the converter converted the signal perfectly without washing colors or making the picture unnecessarily dark like some other converters I had previously tried from Amazon. For any content that was originally made for the 4:3 aspect ratio, I suggest setting your TV to 4:3 to get the most accurate display as to what the content was meant to look like. Nevertheless, your content will look great with this converter and it is highly recommended!

Great quality, easy to set up and use. A little spendy only downside

I chose this because I wanted a converter that works. There is a major online retailer that sells converters for less, from manufacturers with unpronounceable names, and have suspicious reviews. I have had several Insignia products and have had good luck with them. So, I spent a couple of bucks more and was not disappointed. The converter works well. I have not had any problems with noise or distortion. Now I can watch standard definition sources on my smart TV, and the TV will upscale the lower resolution source.

Good for what it does. I knocked a star off because there is no way to get a 4:3 source at it's native resolution

I was trying to get my old VCR to play on my new 4K tv, and it wouldn't work. I went to Best Buy with my problem and they recommended this product to help me. Took it home and tried it and now I can see my VCR tapes on my 4K tv.
