So, I needed an HDMI to RCA jack converter. This product did not work. Believe it was the fault of my smart TV. It did not recognize my old technics receiver. So I returned the converter.

They want me to go to the store to fix their mistake instead of sending me the correct item. Not shopping at best buy anymore. Their customer service is horrible.
