BB made a mistake - I'm paying for it!

The associate said "I know just what you need" and handed me an itemfrom their shelf. When it didn't work, I returned to BB, I found that I had been given the wrong part, only to have the manager refuse the exchange, saying I was outside the "return window". What a load of cr-p...THEIR FAULT, but now I'm paying for it. I'll never go back. Try to support bricks-and-mortar, but not ever again at Best Buy!!!

Guess it's still just RCA jacks. Picture quality not very good at all. Could have saved a lot by getting basic converter.
