    Looked up HDMI to RCA and FIRST offering was RCA to HDMI but I dldn't look close enough so received the wrong item the first time [two wrongs didn't make a right]. Had to make second trip to return and pick up HDMI to RCA that I ordered after seeing the problem and that went very smoothly. Rest of the review is for HDMI to RCA.

    Used to connect older VCR to TV without component or RCA connections. Haven't fully tested so not sure whether poor picture quality is due to age of VCR, poor signal conversion or hi-definition picture of new TV is "too good" for video tape quality.

    I feel that this RCA to HDMI Converter shouldn't be so expensive. My reason for purchase was to watch old VCR tapes of family videos & old movies on an old style box tv. It's not like I would've used it for a 2021 upgraded tv!
