I am having a problem with the cable that was also purchased. I have not found a way to connect it. I went back to your facility and was told that the cable was the one that should be used. I tried to get one of your staff members to review the back of an LG TV but it could not be done.

We first tried this with a Ninetndo Wii and it didn't work. We tried connecting this to an HDMI port on Denon AVR1400 to no avail, and the same was true when tried to connect to a HDMI port the Samsung breakout box. Not sure if the Insignia converter is bad, or something else. Ultimately, we now play the games on a 50" Insignia 4K TV since it has RCA jacks.

Took it home and followed the directions for connecting to my VCR . The VCR WAS ALSO A Hisense product and it did not work plain and simple.

The picture quality is lacking substantially compared to a direct RCA connection. I connected my Super NES to this product and the video displayed thick bars from top to bottom on the screen. However, the audio appears to be the same. I recommend purchasing a TV that's compatible with the older consoles. I returned this product to Best Buy.
