Are they not aware that I don’t come to their store every week anymore? Covid is still available around here! The package was never opened and the salesman that sold it to me said that’s what I need, it wasn’t! They just lost a lifelong customer over 60 bucks

Connected hdmi to arc/hdmi on the tv but still no surround sound speakers. Receiver works fine in stereo mode. Any suggestions?
