I tried troubleshooting as recommended in the instructions, yet still nothing. I even called the help line for customer service, and she asked if it was plugged in and on, and then after my obvious answer of yes, she said, “ it should be working if it is on”. She then suggest I return it. She was 0 help. DO NOT BUY!

Poor customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't sure this was going to work for me, so the employee helping me said I had 30 days to return it if anything went wrong. Lo and behold, didn't work, so I went back only for them to turn around and say I'm 3 days outside of the 15 day return window. No store credit, no gift card, nothing. Didn't matter that it was because of what an employee told me. There was absolutely nothing they could do. Now I'm stuck with an adapter that I can't use thanks to some minimum wage employee's assurances who can't even remember their own store's policies.

Did not work well for us

Picture was terrible when playing DVD movie and a few days later the sound on the TV went off while watching regular TV. Disconnected converter and sound came back on. Waste of money for us, seems we cannot use.
