GOT NEW TV FOR CHRISTMAS BUT IT DOSN'T HAVE THE RCA PORTS IN THE BACK PANEL, SO THIS CONVERTER WORKS WELL TO HOOK UP MY WII PLAYER AND ALSO MY DVD PLAYER WHICHIS AN OLDER MODEL. BUT YOU DO NEED TO PURCHASE THE HDMI CABLES IN ORDER TO USE IT.

Kinda pricy vs similar offerings at a much lower price point though. If I had more time I would have probably gotten similar from Amazon for less money.

Great to keep older items out of a landfill and let them still work with newer technology!

I works great and saved me from having to buy a new DVD player. I also used points to purchase. I have a number of old DVD players and did not want another.

Allowed me to connect old school Nintendo Wii to current smart TV technology and works perfectly! Setup was straightforward, plug the x box cables into the device input and run the hdmi cable output to the tv and it works great. The item does have to be plugged in and also gives you the option of 720 or 1080.

I ordered from Best Buy online and got it in 3 days! I was able to connect it with the proper cables (not included) and viola! I can play all my VHS tapes. It works perfectly!
