I am glad this remote was made available for the Insigna TV I purchased. The original remote is a little difficult for a small child.

I don’t particularly like the remote, you got to change channel one by one can’t just scroll up or key the channel # you want. Not able to get directory. I did not see anything that could be compatible with my tv Insignia, so I just kept it. I can turn on the tv so that’s a good thing

It is absurd that the only replacement for my Insignia ( Best Buy's own brand) fire tv remote which best Buy sells is not a true fire tv voice activated remote. It works fine but as the sports guys say "come on man!'.

The remote works well. It took a while to get accustom to using this remote for television. It did have the same ease of use as the remote that came with the television.

Useful remote , but not great . Lack of instructions is also a problem . Don't know what many of the buttons are for , and can't use some of the TV's functions with it !

I bought it and was not for my tv after we were told it was what I needed to replace the one I had. So, the poor rating is because I don't know how it preforms for a tv that it works on.

I am sure it works fine but not what I was looking for. I returned for a refund.
