I had even brought the original that wasn’t working with me to show to someone. which I previously purchased through Best Buy. The first time I was given a tv remote which was not what I needed for my Insignia tv. I returned it and the person at the desk said I needed an Amazon remote. I brought that home and tried it and that did not work either. My son helped me download the app to my phone temporarily, but apparently to get the replacement I need I have to order the Insignia fire tv remote from your website. Also, I’m going to contact Insignia to tell them what has happened, and check with them. Also, I just can’t tell you how much this has stressed me out! I was unable to watch tv at all until my son helped me.
