Ordered this remote from Best Buy, it was cheaper and faster delivery than even Amazon. Works great, just don’t forget to pair! I didn’t do this step and couldn’t figure out why Alexa wouldn’t work, but once paired everything works great!

Works fine with Toshiba TV

We lost the original remote and I wanted the voice remote, not a cheap replacement with different buttons and functions. The Toshiba replacement was around $40 on Amazon. Half price for Insignia at Best Buy.

Overpriced

Had to wait about three weeks and 38 dollars later got it, you’d think for an over priced remote it would have batteries right? Wrong. Cute remote and works so it’s what it is.

TV Works Better With the Remote.

Unaware of that, I had to purchase the remote separately. Luckily, Best Buy provided us with the option to do so. What we received was a remote that works perfectly with our new TV.
