    We bought one without the Netflix etc buttons and I dont know why but it didn't work. This one did. I give it five stars out of five.

    Very cool device that you can talk to control TV. That's the intention and who needs all those buttons anyway. Unfortunately the reality is those buttons are needed. Unless you can pair the device it is useless. Instruction guide is extremely poor, very little help if things don't go per instructions. This device works on several different models TVs. Manual is lacking specific instructions for each model TV so you may or may not have correct instructions.
