Toggle buttons inside round circular buttons hard to access if you have larger hand and hard to not touch other functions

It works ok but some of the functions don't seem to work with the tv?? Maybe the Geek Squad can help me set up the remote, surround sound system, and the tv???

I'm always pressing on the wrong spot on the ring and it is a bit frustrating.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the directional buttons on this remote are very small and difficult to get to. it is pretty difficult to use. so we basically only use it to turn our smart tv on and off and then use our roku remote. so much for having a smart tv. the remote is so bad we don't even use our sony bravia navigation screen.
