This remote never synced correctly with the TV and we could never reach the menus or access many of this TVs features. We ended up having to get an OEM Sony remote, which ended up costing less than half of what this remote cost.

That was not the case. I had a tech person come in and try to hook it up and he couldn’t get it hooked up and said it was not compatible to Netflix or Comcast.

Posted .Most Sony TVs should work out of the box, if a function is missing, all details to find that Menu Function is mentioned in the Manual, most of the time it would take 10 seconds to find the right Manu function via the search function, please follow up the manual guides.
