    Not all buttons work with the TV. Of course they're the buttons we'd actually like to use.

    Disappointed so far. Use with my 2021 Sony Oled TV has not fully worked yet. Occasional buttons work, but I haven’t found the right settings for it to work all the functions.

    I was told by your sales person that it would automatically attach to any Sony TV. That was not the case. I had a tech person come in and try to hook it up and he couldn’t get it hooked up and said it was not compatible to Netflix or Comcast.

    Doesn’t work with Sony OLED TV

    My wife ordered the for our Sony OLED TV when the remote was lost in the move. This remote never synced correctly with the TV and we could never reach the menus or access many of this TVs features. We ended up having to get an OEM Sony remote, which ended up costing less than half of what this remote cost.

    my remote to my Sony TV was not working so I put this as a replacement. It didn’t work so hot so I had to go online and find an identical Sony remote and that would work the way it should.

    The item itself may have been good but the sales person ordered the wrong item for us and we had to return it. We had the model number and all the information on the Sony tv which we gave to the sales person. I cannot rate the item.

      Most Sony TVs should work out of the box, if a function is missing, all details to find that Menu Function is mentioned in the Manual, most of the time it would take 10 seconds to find the right Manu function via the search function, please follow up the manual guides. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Was told this is an OEM replacement for OLED tv , does not even have all the functions, constantly freezes. Best Buy chat told me to bring it in and they will repair it ? Add functions? Cmon what a joke ! Do not buy absolute trash. And beware of salesman telling you lies !!!
