We took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it for another one. No questions, no arguing, no nothing. They were happy to make an exchange. Or offered for us to try another kind. This second one worked perfectly and is still working. I like Best Buy.

We tried a few of them, but my daughter settled on this one and she has not been disappointed. All the functions work like a charm. I will definitely buy it again.

Great Replacement

Great replacement and happy to have found it at Best Buy. Only thing it does not have is the original marked Netflix buttons ect.. but works.
