This is the real remote. I bought one from amazon and it was just a shell basically. Also with covid going on they brought this to the curb for curbside pickup. I could not be happier with the product or with best buy.

The remote stopped working and I bought the Insignia product. It worked right out of the box without any need to program it to the specifics of the tv including Closed captioning, mute, and the guide.

Excellent Replacement for OEM Remote

After the family complained over the holidays, I bought this one and everybody seems happy.

Great replacement remote to fix LG update.

Added the batteries and it worked to update the system. The LG system was updated and every time it came up there was a message that needed to be cleared but the basic remote with the TV couldn't clear it.

This was after someone else at the store put the order in online even though I only was calling to verify it was in stock.
