When the total tech man came . he said that I didn't need it and reprogrammed TV with Comcast hand control. I have been trying to get my password for Best Buy. Over a dozen calls later I cannot find an agent who I can understand or that will help me find it or set a new one. Totally disgusted with your service..

don't do it
