It is a little cumbersome to install having to slide it onto the machine, into the usb port all while trying to hold this small foot that grips onto the holes in the side of the XBOX. That batteries that came with it, the contacts are just bent pieces of metal and if you accidently put it in backwards they get caught on the spring in the charging port. Consequently, in trying to remove said battery the spring got completely stretched out on one side and now wont charge the batteries. Finally, the small tab on top that holds the batteries into the charger is not super effective. I often have to hold the battery down and manually push the tab onto the battery to get it to stay in place. Honestly though overall not a bad product I'm still happy with it, but there could be some improvements is all. Product does work well with the Rocketfish battery packs also purchased at Best Buy and they use imbedded contacts on the batteries so they don't catch on the springs. One more thing to buy but just a thought.

Better than buying batteries if you ask me.

My son was going through batteries like we have oil money and these rechargeable packs have saved the day. The cherry on top is that this was super inexpensive.
