Mainly purchased because it came with two battery packs and it was only $10 at the time. The only issue that I discovered these battery packs will not charge in the controller when the controller is plugged in to either the Xbox or an external power source. They will only charge within the supplied lnsignia charging device. The previous set of batteries that I owned were able to charge within the controller itself.

Battery lasts for about a 5 days to a week of playing before I need to grab the second battery in my personal use. If you always charge the spare battery you will never run out of battery and can continue playing with no disruptions ever again.

Better than constantly buying AA’s

If I had 2 controllers I would invest in extra battery packs. My only complaint is I can never remember which way to put it in the controller, but maybe thats just me.
