[Employee of bestbuy] I was worried this product would seem bulky or out of place, but it takes up much less space than I was expecting. It's nice to have it right there with the console, so when I get a 'batteries low' message I can just swap out the battery pack and get back to it.

Overall very good like the last unit for the Xbox One. Easy to use and install. I tried the old versions battery in both the controller and charger- slight differences seem to be only cosmetic- and no issue. Only issue is removing batteries when finished charging. Seems the spring could be a bit stronger. In addition, if you eject the battery but leave it in the charger (not fully seated position) the battery seems to still contact the charging prongs, as the indicator lights still illuminate.

Works great i haven't ran into any issues I'm able to alternate between the fully charged batteries i like that i don't have to keep wasting regular batteries often or worrying about the wire charger unplugging from the remote while i play.

these have a good amount of life to them, they don’t take too long to charge. the only problem you’ll run into is if you’re someone who sits in front of their console ALL. day. then you’re gonna run through an entire battery in a day at least, and you maybe want to pick up some spares. there’s an indicator light that turns from orange when charging to green when fully charged, it’s nice for plugging right into the front of the Series X, if that’s the console you have
