I have had zero issues with it charging my batteries. As it also plugs directly into my XBOX X I have been watching for over-heating or other issues and have not experienced any problems. I think for the money this is a great option.

Easy to use and install. I tried the old versions battery in both the controller and charger- slight differences seem to be only cosmetic- and no issue. Only issue is removing batteries when finished charging. Seems the spring could be a bit stronger. In addition, if you eject the battery but leave it in the charger (not fully seated position) the battery seems to still contact the charging prongs, as the indicator lights still illuminate.
