Once you install it, it stays in place thanks to the adhesive tape thats already in the back of it. Just peel the film. Indicator light to let you know when the batteries are Charging and once it is Full.

One of the plastic pieces that is supposed to hold it flush to the console broke off when trying to install, functionality is still basically the same though so I don't mind.
