It will work with thise controllers fine. The battery life blows but since there's 2 and for $20 i cant really complain If you have the one, you can plug it into the back of the console in one of the usb ports, the xbox x would plug into the front. Or if you have a wall base (like for your phone) you can use that instead.

Definitely seems designed for an upright Xbox. Updating the design to be more securely connected to a sideways Xbox would be greatly appreciated
