If you drop it a couple of times, like I did, then the piece that holds the batteries in place will become loose. Other than that, it's a great product.

My only complaint is that they changed the LED's. The old ones for the Xbox one S and Xbox one X were more white green when charged, and brighter. I'm color blind so the new one is much more difficult to tell when it is charged.
