I was playing in a tournament and had to go get batteries to finish it because both batteries died and the other pack wasn’t charged by the time the other died

This one i cant give five stars. The inly reason that i hive this one 3 stars is because batteries work well but i don't think they hold a charge very long. Also the charging box does not fit correctly. Very awkward. I dont think i would recommend this one.

I charged both before using and both batteries read medium charge on the xbox. i thought it maybe the controller but when i tested 2 AA batteries, they read full. So it's not the controller. The concept is great if it worked as advertised but it didn't. So now i have to drive back to the store (25 miles round trip) and exchanged them. hopefully the new one will have a working battery. i will update this review once i have tested the replacement. for the reviews that says the battery does not lock in the charger, it does. if it does not lock when charging that means the batteries were inserted the wrong way. turn it around and try again.

If you put more than a couple hours into those batteries on a daily basis, they’re gonna die quick. I recommend just getting the Microsoft brand rechargeable batteries.
