It also only charges the Insignia batteries it came with to ~75% (or that's all they register as on the Xbox).

You’ll constantly be changing these in and out, including in the middle of the games. Does not last nearly as long as traditional batteries. Super disappointed as I feel bad for the environment using real batteries but these don’t cut it.

The original insignia charger for the 1st gen Xbox one was great. This is a far fall to garbage. It does not support xbox brand rechargeable batteries, and when attatched to the series X it causes major interference with the Microsoft brand Xbox headset! DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS IT IS REDESIGNED!

Also, for ssome reason, putting the batteries in the controller is extremely difficult. I have to force it in to make it fit.

Batteries don't stay seated

Then, the batteries wouldn't stay in the socket. At first, I could get 1 of slots to work after 5 or 10 minutes of messing with it. Now, no batteries will stay in the device so they never charge and are completely worthless.

But i got an open package and it was missing the batteries. Such a bummer. Other then that they are great.

The batteries last at least a day in the new XBX controllers if long sessions. Minus one star since after 6 months caused a short on Xbox Series X and my controller wouldnt work/sync with xbox. I bought an USB extender cable and plugged it directly into APC powerstrip usb charging port. Only problem is keeping this upright. But for $12, it is a steal. Also I'm not buying batteries. Compatible with older phone chargers as well.
