Not such a gentle tip...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. I purchased two of these after reading favorable reviews here by others, but found inconsistencies in the manufacturing. One tip bigger than the other. One not centered well. The tips feel thin and brittle, hard and scratchy. Not soft like silicone tips. Might be okay for poking at a touch screen, but I wouldn’t write or draw with them. I don’t need a built in ink pen either. My use is different from most others. I am using the stylus for amateur radio touch screens that are of a matte finish. Not hard shiny glass like on phones and tablets. I haven’t had much luck finding a soft silicone tipped stylus anywhere else either, so the search continues...

Very smooth

satisfactory with the quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i tried out 2 different brand that turned out unsatisfactorily . the rubbery bump cracked partially after some time and the other one from dollar tree got too soft and inconvienient as i had to press hard to type so thats the problem. this one ,initial testing shown its sensitive enough to type fast enough without having to press so hard so that a plus. and feeling the bump , my sense tells me it last for a good while perhaps. impressed enough to consider getting a second one as backup...

not worth the money however cheap it is.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this along with my new lenovo 15'' yoga 710, hoping to sketch with those drawing or notetaking apps on windows 10 (though touch screen was never a priority. I made the purchase simply because of a powerful machine at an amazingly low price during the christmas sale.) apparently I have no prior experience buying a laptop supporting touch screen interactions (tablet and smart phone are totally different from a proper working machine). this stylus is no preciser or more efficient than my fingers. what it provides is simply a false sense of protection of the screen from your finger nails (but come on, there is no way you can scratch your lovely screen covered with glass with your fingers, while fingerprints are easy to clear along with dusts if any). after the several attempts, i totally give up the idea of note taking with this and any other stylus on my laptop including those precision tips. the reason is simple: any attempt to seriously write on a passive touch screen with a fancy stylus can never compare with an active one equipped with pressure sensors, precision controls, and palm rejections. if you really really want the handwriting experience on your laptop, then spend some money on a model supporting the active one such as surface pro or surface book (which in my opinion is now the leading one in the market). yes, they are pricier, but they deliver the results. if you are just allergic to the idea of using your fingers on the touch screen, well, then any stylus will do...
